Discover your inner Goddess! Belly dance has a long and colorful history, and draws its roots from both folkloric dance and ancient Goddess spirituality. It is an excellent way to get to know your body and your self. Belly dance movements - including airy, graceful veil work; sinuous, snaky undulations; and sharp, staccato hip work - work in harmony with the body to enhance flexibility, develop stamina and strength, and improve posture. For women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and life experience
